Contact us directly and we will email or fax you a complete price sheet for new installations and/or upgrades to BG-BASE.

New users

The cost for a new installation of BG-BASE depends primarily on four factors:

which modules you intend to use at your institution
whether you will be using BG-BASE on a single computer or as part of a network
whether there are any data to convert from other systems
travel costs to your destination and local lodging rates

In all cases contact BG-BASE Inc. for an exact estimate based on the information above. Please note that a 1/3 deposit is required prior to scheduling any installation, and that there is typically a three to five month period from the time a deposit is received until the actual on-site visit.

Existing users

The cost for upgrading to Version 6 of BG-BASE from previous versions depends primarily on four factors;

which version of BG-BASE is currently installed
which modules are currently installed
whether you use BG-BASE on a single computer or as part of a network
whether you have a technical support agreement with BG-BASE, Inc.

In all cases contact BG-BASE Inc. for an exact estimate based on the information above. Please note that full payment is required prior to scheduling any upgrade.
