I have been working as an Agricultural Engineer in Erzincan studying the growing of Prangos species (especially P. ferulacea, Hippomarathrum microcarpum and Eremurus spectabilis. These wild plants are used as local foods in some regions. I am starting a Ph.D. on these plants.
